Located on the banks of the River Kymijoki in Kouvola, this business park is located on the premises of UPM’s former paper mill in Voikkaa. The total floor area of the buildings is roughly 100,000 m².
The approximately 60-hectare area can also accommodate greenfield projects. This historic area with excellent logistics offers a unique business environment.

The Voikkaa business park is located in Kymenlaakso in Kouvola, one of Finland’s busiest international logistics hubs and railway junctions. The region has railway connections in all directions. The business park is located only about 60 kilometres from the port cities of Kotka and Hamina.
The Voikkaa business park is easily accessible by public transport. On weekdays, a bus from Kouvola Travel Centre stops next to the business park every half hour. You can reach Kouvola by train from the Capital Region in just over an hour.
Kouvola and the Voikkaa business park have good connections to Helsinki, Kotka, Lahti and Lappeenranta. Four high-speed Allegro trains run to St. Petersburg every day. The nearest airports are Helsinki-Vantaa, Lappeenranta and Utti.
The business park is connected to the national railway network.
