Voikkaan Clubhouse is a personal, intimate, and atmospheric Art Nouveau beauty with potential for a variety of wellness businesses or an operator offering party and gathering services.

The Voikkaa Clubhouse was designed by Selim A. Lindqvist and the building was completed in 1919 as a clubhouse for the factory’s guests and staff. Other well-known works by Selim A. Lindqvist in Finland include the Merkurius Business Palace, the Hietalahti Market Hall, the Suvilahti Energy Production Buildings and the Fazer Café and Confectionery in Helsinki.

The Voikkaan Clubhouse has been meticulously restored over its hundred-year existence, respecting the original essence of the building.
